9 classes curated to get you started - spread over 3 weeks so a routine sets in, and we have enough time to work on all aspects necessary. These sessions might help with energising the body mind and soul.
Instructions by Karthika Aiyer - a 200 RYT certified yoga teacher - I have been practicing yoga for over 4-5 years now (and teaching art for almost 7 years)
