their fate, because there are no avenues for change. Popular politics, electoral results, policy,

governance – Delhi is aware that these are not the solution, but the problem. Then how do we stop this

decline of a great city? How do we prevent Delhi from being reduced to dust? How do we make it the

city we have always been proud of?
