Xperia 2021

Xperia’21 is a benign contest of competent individuals to nurture and empower their corporate experience where they revisit their internship experiences in the domains of General Management, which includes HR, Operations, IT, Marketing, and Finance. We invite you to participate in the competition and take home an attractive prize as well as a commendable experience!

ELIGIBILITY: Graduated 2021 or Under Graduating in 2022 / 2023. Students have to be from Commerce / Business Background (B.com / BBA etc.)

FIELD OF INTERNSHIP: Finance / Marketing / HR / Operations / IT and General Management

DURATION OF INTERNSHIP: 6-8 weeks

LAST DATE FOR REGISTRATION: 15th August 2021

ROUND 1 - Candidates will be given an option to choose their field of Internship (mentioned above) and the quiz for the same will consist of 30 Questions that have to be solved within 30 Minutes on Google Forms. The difficulty level of questions will be moderate. 

ROUND 2 - Qualifying students will be judged based upon their Summer Internship Program (SIP) report which needs to be submitted by 20th August 2021, and the results for the same will be declared on 25th August 2021.

ROUND 3 - After qualifying the second round, shortlisted participants will present a PowerPoint to the panel of judges. This panel will consist of some leading corporate managers and senior professors.

TIME LIMIT: 7 minutes for presentation(Maximum 15 slides) + 3 minutes Q&A

The presentation will be a summation of the learning students had during their internship and how it will help them in the future.

At the end of it, three participants will be declared winners from each domain and will receive amazing cash prizes.
