The pandemic evidently struck a hard blow to the warehousing industry. While some sectors flourished, many experienced & underwent an unexpected downfall that further affected manufacturing & and otherwise organized inventory management.

While industries have almost overcome their losses in the last 2 months, there are yet multiple recesses that cannot be overlooked.

It is agreed that restructuring the entire operating system or at least a part of it will take a certain amount of time.

However, if sustainability is the need of the hour, it is beneficial to establish a process right away than incur additional costs in the future.

The sudden focus on the Make In India Initiative, impact on costs, the fine line between essential & non-essential goods & constantly shifting consumer practices reveals a lot about the current market situation.
