Studies have shown that eLearning and mobile learning often break down at the application level (using what was learned) and impact level (the business impact connected to learning). However, this doesn’t have to be the case. In order to secure the support and funding that technology-based learning needs, it must deliver results. This session highlights an ROI study that shows how mobile learning delivered business value in terms that executives, sponsors, and funders appreciate and understand. This session also shows how designers and developers can ensure that technology-based learning can and will deliver results. This session presents basic design thinking principles, all focusing on delivering application and impact with technology-based learning.
