Kajal is the chef and she’s based in Mumbai. Coming from a traditional Indian family, she learned cooking these authentic recipes from her mother and her older sister. In 2017 she started food tours. Indian tea also known as chai is milky & rich, deeply colored, very hot, and boldly flavourful with a need for sugar to offset the toasty bitterness. The Masala Tea (Chai) is delicious Indian milk tea made with a blend of spices such as ginger. Parathas are the highly popular unleavened flat-breads made with flour, salt, butter, and water and are eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in India.
