VILLOWO MARATHON (Virtual Fundraiser)
Event Information
The Villowo Marathon (Virtual) is an Annual Fundraiser for People Living with Disabilities conducted by Villowo International in association with Villowo Federation of India. Indian Citizens are welcome to participate in the said Virtual 5K, 10K and Full Marathon by registering on townscript. Complete the Villowo Marathon (5K, 10K or Full Marathon) in your city between 1st to 25th of January 2025 and send us the details.
Free Entry: Participants will receive Race E-Certificate send to your registered whats-app or email.
Donation Entry: Individuals may donate a minimum of Rs.2000 or more to run as donors. Donors will receive Marathon Finisher Medal, Digital Certificate and Event T-Shirt.

Empowerment of Women, Youth and People Living with Disabilities in Bengaluru Urban & Rural through Entrepreneurship, Employment, Sports Coaching and Health Camps & Health Awareness Programs.
INTRODUCTION:
People living with disabilities and youth living in slums and rural villages have equal rights to achieve their optimal potential just like everyone else. Most of the differently abled children, youth and Adults in India are denied an opportunity to participate in main stream business, Entrepreneurship, sport coaching, sports competitions and health & longevity programs. They get isolated from other children, youth and find it harder to participate in daily community activities. They find it difficult to participate in entrepreneurship and self employment initiatives, as a result, they are more vulnerable to poverty and abuse, and many of them face premature death.
VILLOWO APPROACH:
The differently abled Children, Youth and adults cannot come to our designated training facilities as easily as the normal people due to their physical or mental condition and financial reasons. Our team of experts goes to these children’s areas, slums, villages, schools, colleges and conducts entrepreneurship programs, self employment programs, sports identification, talent search, sports coaching in their neighborhood grounds and provides them with nutrition supplements. Creating Entrepreneurship and Employment opportunities for people living with disabilities is an important program of the VILLOWO ACADEMY ON WHEELS PROJECT.
