About Kalsubai:-
Kalsubai Peak is the highest peak of the Sahyadri mountain ranges in Ahemadnagar district. At the summit is a small temple of the Kalsubai Goddess, the local deity, hardly big enough to seat three people at one time. This peak stands true to its quality of being the highest peak of the state and commands a mesmerizing view of the mountains surrounding it.
To the north of the mountain are various forts and scalable mountains such as Harihargad, Brahma Giri, the intimidating AMK range and many more such. To the southwest is the famous needle holes upon Ratangad and to the south are Harishchandragad and Ghanchakkar can be seen.
Kalsubai with its towering height of 5400ft, recognized as the highest peak of Maharashtra. It is situated in Kalsubai mountain range which is an offshoot range from main Sahyadri range and rung from west to east. The name of this mountain range has been derived from the name of Kalsubai peak itself.

10.45 Pm :- Leave for the Trek
11.15 Pm :- Pick up from Andheri Highway
11.30 Pm :- Pick up From Bandra Kalanagar (on the highway)
11.45 Pm :- Pick up from Sion Circle
12.10 Am :- Pick up from Ghatkopar (Amar Mahal)
12.40 Am :- Pick up from Teen Hath Naka , Thane
01.05 Am :- Pick up from Kalyan Bypass
Day 1:-
04.30 Am: - Reach the Base village & Get Freshen Up.
05.30 Am: - Have Breakfast & Tea
06.00 Am: - Small Introduction Round
06.30 Am: - Start the Trek
09.30 Am: - Reach Top. Explore the Surrounding
10.30 Am: - Start Descending
01.15 Pm: - Reach the Base Village & Have Lunch
02.30 Pm: - Start the return journey towards Mumbai.
08.00 Pm: - Approx. Reach Mumbai (Depends on Traffic & Road Conditions)

Things to Carry:-
Good Trekking shoes & Extra Pair of floaters.

Avoid Wearing precious ornaments on an event, if possible.
A haversack or backpack to put all the above things to be carried, so hands are free to help each other while trekking. Sling bags / jholas / trolley bags etc. not allowed on the event. Please pack accordingly.
Cover the bag with rain cover.
Things to Remember:-
Basic toilet facility will be available at the base village.
We advise participants to not opt such event with any medical issues.
We don’t recommend participants to reach the base village with own vehicle as considering complicated route & respecting everyone’s time.
Smoking / drinking / Smoke up is strictly prohibited during the event. Anyone found will be expelled from the event immediately.
Trek Leader decision will be final & argument will be entertained.
Participants Safety is the prime concern for us and will not compromise for the same.
Trek India is not responsible for any baggage or personal belonging loss/damage and participant are responsible for the same.
Don’t except VIP or Luxurious treatment, as we are going for the Trekking/camping, so be adventures and free.
Covid Safety Guidelines
Kindly wear three-layered masks, N95. Carry an extra disposable mask with you. Please ensure all participants, leaders, staff, and general persons wear masks before interacting with them.
Cooperate for temperature checks, questions reading any symptoms, and oxygen level checks; these are done to help you limit the spread of the virus. All these checks will be conducted multiple times during the activities.
Kindly do not register for the event or travel if you have come in contact with someone who has Covid19 in the last 14 days.
Consuming any alcohol, cigarettes, pan masala, tobacco, drugs should be avoided; they induce a lot of spitting, urinating, and passive smoke, which can be harmful for the general population.
Avoid speaking with the general population and maintain distance to keep yourself safe in these difficult times.
Participant need to install the Arogya Setu app.
