Nagar Rising Foundation and Nagar Rising Runners Club always try to bring more and more entertaining and challenging health awareness program from the beginners to advanced.
This month we are come up with Trail Run....
What is Trail Run:
Trail running is simply defined as going for a run at the heart of nature. It's an extremely all-round non-stadia sport that, of course, works the legs, but also the upper body. Lastly, it requires concentration and attention.
Over and above running in nature, there is also a trail running state of mind. Opening your senses, listening to your body and its sensations, feeling good and appreciating the place where you are running. All these various feelings will allow you to exercise in harmony with the natural environment.
By concentrating on each step, you think less and listen to your emotions. This sensitivity will allow you to take pleasure in exercising and being outdoors.
Note:
1) This is just a run for fun and health awareness and no cash prizes are being awarded into this event.
2) You are participating on your own and event organizer or any member the team or any associated organisation will not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances.
3) Event will be conducted in 3K, 5K, 10K category...
4) It is not necessary to run, you can Walk, Jog, Run as your body allow to perfom
5) This is competition against yourself and not with others, so while running or jogging please do not compete only enjoy your run and scenic.
