Like every year, SHARAN is proud to be associated with The Ahimsa Parmo Dharmo group who organise the amazing Ahimsa Fest, the biggest vegan festival in India, every year.
Expect lots of interesting sessions, cooking & fitness demos, musical performances and plenty of amazing treats!
Time: 10 am to 10 pm

Depression, Anxiety, Stress – The connection to our diet – talk by Dr Nandita Shah from 6 pm to 6.30 pm
