TEDxREVAUniversity presents its inaugural TEDx conference on 5th April, 2019. The theme of this year’s event is ‘Fables’ and we will have 10 speakers from all facets of life would share their experiences within the span of 18 minutes. The event would be set with the purpose of building a community with other attendees and networking with the speakers. For more information go to tedxrevauniversity.com

About TEDx

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• By registering and buying tickets you agree with all our terms and conditions.
• Each ticket admits one attendee only.
• All registrations are subject to verification, any discrepancy may result in cancellation of registration.
• Seat numbers will be allotted to each confirmed and verified (by security and registration personnel) attendee at the entrance.
• Entry into the auditorium will only start 30 minutes before the show timing (9:00 am)
• Attendees reaching late at the venue will NOT be allowed inside the auditorium while the sessions are in progress. Registrations and entry to the venue stop at 10:00:00 am SHARP.
• Admission into the Auditorium will not be allowed while the sessions are in progress.
• The attendees must wear their conference badge throughout the conference across all venues. Parking is available outside the venue.
• No Photography or video recording inside the auditorium is permitted, under any circumstances.
• Children under the age of 10 will not be allowed at the venue unaccompanied.
• All standard venue and attendee rules are applicable.
• There is no refund for NO SHOWS. Guests who do not report for registration will have to forfeit their ticket. The ticket cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• A physical ID will be issued at the venue box office on the day of the event in exchange for your e-ticket purchase confirmation. Please carry valid photo id for verification of the ticket holder name along with your e-ticket print out.
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
• Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons.
• Organizers or any of its agents, officers, employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
• Consumption and sale of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Professional cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol, cigarettes, lighters, matchbox are not allowed at the event. Food and beverages will be provided at the event.
• Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by event guests; We encourage guests to consume responsibly and in moderation.
• First aid/medical facilities will be provided, however, the organizers do not take any responsibility for any problems arising.
• The holder of this ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
• The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• By Registering and making a payment you agree that all details provided are accurate. Any discrepancies in the same will lead to cancellation of the pass/seat at the venue.
