Dear attendee,

As you know, the COVID-19 virus is spreading around the world, causing numerous challenges for gatherings and conferences. Our initiative is to find and spread great ideas, but we believe that the health and safety of participants and team members is the highest priority.

After careful consultation with experts from the government and medical health professionals, and hearing from attendees, we have decided to cancel the TEDxNapierBridgeSalon scheduled on March 15th. We will, however, reschedule to a later date. We know how much you were looking forward to this event, and we sincerely apologise for this inconvenience.

While we are heartbroken to share this news with you, we are going to work passionately to continue to create opportunities to bring this powerful TEDx community together in the upcoming months.

FAQs:

Will my ticket be refunded?

Yes, we are in touch with Townscript to issue a refund of ticket amount. Do note that the payment gateway fees are not refundable. It will take 7-20 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

When is the event rescheduled to?

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing situation, we are unable to commit to a particular date. We will certainly communicate when the decision is made.

TEDxNapierBridgeSalon is traversing history with the theme 'Chronicles - A Rendezvous With Time' on the Ides of March, the 15th with a fascination for events and cultural significances that have led us to where we are today. Through insightful talks, short films and intriguing conversations, join us in exploring the passage of time, the weight of our archives, and the poignancy of historical portrayal.

5. Registration desk opens at 2.30pm | Event door closes at 3.00pm and latecomers will not be allowed to enter.
