Teacher's Day Run!!

Hello Fitness Enthusiasts!

The AMPLE FOUNDATION presents Teacher's Day Run on Sunday 5th September.

The AMPLE FOUNDATION gives you the opportunity to get back the marathon vibes with thousands of people running along with you but at different locations. It has been a platform for many fitness freaks in continuing their passion during this pandemic.

Participate in this run not to compete or race, but to spend a delightful healthy morning, breathe the morning air and celebrate your own fitness in a non-competitive environment. We are happy to bring to you PUSH YOUR LIMIT RUN/WALK /CYCLING MINIMUM 2 KM AND MAXIMUM distance as appropriate to your prior experience and fitness level. Also get E-certificate to every participant.

Procedure and Rules:

1. Register on the link provided in the message .

2. Select your challenge - MINIMUM 2KM AND MAXIMUM YOUR CHOICE. 

3. Run indoors or outdoors based on the government rules in your area.

4. Track your run details using apps like Strava, Run Keeper, Fit Bit, Garmin, Google Fit, Samsung Health, Apple Watch & more along with your photo.

5. We will send the link for uploading the run timing 2 days after the EVENT OR THROUGH WHAT'SAPP 9932494549. 

6. E-certificate will be send through what's app within 3 days of race completion, subject to timing validation.

Please note that there is no offline registration.
