What Participants receive:
All Participants of 21.1K, 10K & 5K Run / Walk Categories receive the following:
1. Personalised Bib
2. Event T-Shirt
3. E-Participation Certificate
4. Finisher Medal
Pre- Event:
1. Personalised Bib (Physical or E-Bib). All Participants receiving an E-bib are requested to take print out of the Bib, if possible, on 300 gsm paper.
2. Event T-Shirt.
Kindly Note:
1. All participants from Bangalore & Mysore registering by Sunday, 20th September, 2020, will receive the Physical Bib and Event T-Shirt before the event date.
Participants from other cities will receive the Bib as a printable file, by e-Mail, before the event date and Event T-Shirt along with the Finisher Medal, post the event.
2. All participants from Bangalore, Mysore and other cities registering between Monday, 21st September, 2020 – Friday, 25th September, 2020 will receive the Bib as a printable file by e- mail before the event date and Event T-Shirt along with the Finisher Medal,post the event.
Post Event:
1. An E-Participation Certificate will be emailed, for successfully finishing the event.
2. A Finisher Medal will be delivered / couriered, only to the Finishers of the event.
How to participate?

Participants can record the time on a GPS Watch, on any Running Timing App (Google Fit,Strava, etc).On completing the Run,the participants have to share the Screen Shot or timing Link where the Date, Distance, Start & Finish Time are displayed. It is mandatory to share the timing by all the participants of the 10K & 21.1K Run Categories. It is not mandatory for 5K Run / Walk participants to share their timing.
Common Advice for all participants:
1. Kindly maintain social distancing while running.
2. Practice personal hygiene for your own safety and for the others around you.
3. Please follow all the guidelines / orders enforced by the Government / local authorities,on the date of the event, at your respective cities and towns.
4. Participants registering for the event are doing so on their own will and consent. The participants are responsible for their own safety and for the safety of others, during the Run. The event organizers cannot be held responsible for any acts, errors or misadventures of the participants.
5. This Stonehill Founder’s Day Virtual Run is planned to facilitate and encourage people to promote fitness and lead a healthy lifestyle. It aims to provide an event like experience in the absence of onground events. It is not a competitive event.So kindly enjoy the experience with your family, friends, colleagues or alone and celebrate the day in a fruitful manner.
