Competition to stay fit and healthy.Competition to train yourself for running.

Rules:

*Data need to be send on every Sunday of Month.

*Anyone,anywhere ,anytime you can perform challenge in India.

*Their is no limit for ride and running.

How to update data ?

*All  Apps users such as Runkeeper / Runtastic / Nike+Run CLub / Endomondo / Map My Run / Garmin / Tomtom /Strava/ Cyclothon/Samsung Health / MI fit band / Amazefit watch.Need to submit their data Manually on whats app.

*You just have to submit any  picture or  video of your Activity on whats app-9347868339 .

*Need to submit data till 5th December.

*Medals dispatch date till 11th December.

*Certificate Publishing Date till 12th December.
