At Space Saga, we strive to deliver an unforgettable experience. However, due to the nature of event planning, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below:

1. Ticket Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation before 30 days of the event: 50% refund of the ticket price.

Cancellation within 30 days of the event: No refund will be provided.

Resale or Transfer: You may transfer your ticket to another person if you notify us at least 7 days before the event.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event is canceled by organizers, a full refund will be issued.

If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, a 50% refund will be provided.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend the event, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.

4. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be subject to the event organizer’s discretion.
