ABOUT THE TRAINING
Master Black Belt (MBB) as a professional is mostly an enterprise change management leader responsible for the overall management of the improvement initiatives in the organization. Managing the MBB Role entails both a change management role and a key driver for organizational lean six sigma project initiatives.
They work closely with the Top Management to identify directions and strategy focus and then in turn work with the teams to identify action plans to meet the strategy. Alignment of organizational activities to meet the customer and strategic needs are their critical deliverables, managing the preventive framework, set up of measurement system.
In keeping the above in the mind our Master Black Belt training program is carved to help the participant with an in-depth understanding of the various aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt role.
This MBB certification program is based on ASQ – BOK Syllabus and as well as on industry benchmarked certification programs. The program includes the key steps required for certification, such as skill training, assessment, and project demonstration/review.
Successful Master Black Belts are our future business leaders. They are the driving change agents for instilling a new mindset, skillset, and discipline that will dramatically transform any company’s business performance. They have advanced knowledge and experience applying Lean Six Sigma methods and tools. They consistently solve the toughest business problems.
The course is application-oriented and candidates attending the course have to share their project work which could be a Summary of either 2 Black Belt projects or 5 Green Belt projects. Candidates attending the MBB training should be certified Black Belts.
ABOUT THE TRAINER
Deepak has over 23 years of experience helping companies to improve process performance with an over 85% success rate leading to substantial enhancement of business performance. He has facilitated 500+ projects across variety of processes in the entire value chain covering diverse segment of manufacturing and service sectors using data-driven techniques.
He is certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) has assisted National and International organizations in strategic deployment of Lean Six Sigma, DFSS & TQM, and he has trained more than 100 Master Black Belts and approximately 400 Black Belts.
He has consulted organizations like Ansell Industrial & Specialty Gloves (Sri Lanka & Malaysia), Awal Gulf Manufacturing Co., Bahrain, Emirates Refining Co., Dubai; and Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals, Daurala Organics (DCM Shriram Group), Intellevate India Pvt. Ltd, IOC (Pipelines Division), J K Technosoft, Motherson Auto, Sakata Inx, Talbros Automotive Components, LG Electronics etc.
He has been leading Lean Six Sigma, DFSS, Design Thinking & Data Science Project teams for organizations like National Engineering Industries (Birla Group Company), Artemis Hospital, Delta Electronics, Tata Communications Ltd. (erstwhile Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd.), Escorts Ltd., Tata Chemicals Ltd., Max Life Insurance, Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance Company, Fareportal, EXL Services, Invesco and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. to name a few.

- To build a body of knowledge for initiating & organizing a high level of Lean Six Sigma improvement approach in the company.
- To train a pool of internal experts (Master Black Belts) who can identify, execute and guide ‘critical to the business's Lean Six Sigma Projects.
- To train MBB’s to develop a system of identification, execution, horizontal deployment, and institutionalization of Lean Six Application in the company.
