Innovation & creativity is an integral part of the BDG Lifesciences and we always launch new programs on the newest topics. We have launched a 5-day Online Technical Training and hands-on Workshop on NGS Data Analysis | Single Cell ATACSeq Data Analysis. It will be an extensive 5-day training program in which every day 60 minutes interactive training sessions will be conducted to give the user a unique learning experience. Recorded video session will be provided to the participants. On successful completion of the course participation certificate will be awarded.
As it is 100% hands-on training program participants will run the processes on their own computer systems having Windows/ Mac/ Linux with a unique learning experience. The program will be of great help to students/ researchers/ faculty/ pathologists/ scientists in learning this latest technology.
INTRODUCTION
Single-cell ATAC-seq (scATAC-seq) is a cutting-edge technique used to analyze chromatin accessibility at the single-cell level. It provides insights into how DNA is packaged in individual cells and reveals regulatory elements that control gene expression. This method is crucial for understanding cellular diversity, regulatory mechanisms, and how chromatin accessibility changes in development, disease, and response to treatments.
This course is essential for anyone interested in exploring the dynamic regulation of gene expression through chromatin accessibility at single-cell resolution. With the increasing relevance of single-cell technologies in both academic research and clinical applications, learning scATAC-seq will equip you with the tools to uncover key regulatory elements driving cellular identity and state.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENT- Any OS (Windows/Mac/Ubuntu) with internet connection.
OUTCOME
TARGET AUDIENCE The target audience for this workshop is:
Student & Faculty: Bachelor, Masters, Ph.D., students as well as Faculty and Professors from Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biomedical Technology, Genetics, Bioinformatics, Plant Science and Life Sciences.
