Then this is your chance to top such expectations at our much awaited event ' SILVER SCREEN' , the short film competition presented by Brahma'22.

 EVENT RULES :

1.Students of government as well as aided arts and science colleges can also participate.

2.Autobiographies, documentaries and animated films will not be entertained.

3.Short films can be based on any subject or concept.

4.The total duration of the short film, including opening & closing credits, should strictly be a minimum of 1 minute and a maximum of 15 minutes.

5.Films exceeding this time limit are liable to be rejected.

6.All content used in the short film must be either owned or licensed. If any copyrighted material is used in the film, the participant must have the permission and submit a copy to the event coordinators .

7.Adult content and vulgarity of any kind will not be entertained and would lead to direct disqualification.

8.Short films must be uploaded to google drive (either open or password protected) and must be made available for download to event coordinators . Also, short films have to be strictly submitted in a pen drive at the time of registration. Youtube links are not accepted.(Video quality and lip sync must be verified by the participant itself before preview.)

9.The short films may be in their original language, but must be subtitled in english or can have no dialogues at all.

10.The film must be of the highest quality possible.

11.The short film must be original and no watermark of any kind should be in the film.

12.Multiple entries from the same participant are accepted, but each film must be accompanied by a separate form and entry fee.

13.The short films that are selected for the final screening will not be allowed to withdraw under any circumstances until the fest is over.

14.Judges' decisions will be final and binding.

15.The event coordinators have all right to change/modify/alter any rule or its part or event of this competition anytime.

16.Note that your entire short film will never be shared with anyone or uploaded online without your permission. We understand that filmmakers want to keep the films private, and we will honor that.

17.The following content should not be released in any other streaming platforms before the screening

18.Minimum quality should be 1080p
