Mr Agrawal is a mentor and a coach and is especially effective in working with small and mid size companies. He helps start ups and works with businesses that realise that they have stopped growing.

He has over 35 years of diverse experience spanning both industry and consulting in leadership roles with P&L responsibility. He brings with him an effective blend of technical and management knowledge acquired during his career in India and overseas. His experience spans across manufacturing and service organizations and he has done projects across industry verticals.

He is a Gold medallist in engineering and has done a masters in management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
