Save Indian Husband Save Indian men from false 498a and other harassment cases by Indian women

Save Indian Family (SIF) a Movement, Group of non-funded, non-profit, Non-Government Organization in India (NGO). SIF is a movement which promotes, associates with formation of various NGOs, which intend to work for Men’s welfare and strongly believe in replacing the word Men/Women by Person and Husband/Wife by Spouse in any Government law/policy.



    The present size of the group stands at 1,000,000 active members across the globe.

    We are very few people in 2005 started this ideology but currently 100,000 members due to dedicated, consistent, committed and hardworking volunteers. The community is growing even faster.

    The group operates more than 100 active blogs (with regular updates), 40 websites, 50 NGOs National and International Level and has a strong Internet campaigning group.

    The group is connected through a centralized SMS and mail system – to mobilize the group within minutes across the country and globe.

    It is a diversified group with regional sentiments/leaders and yet with a common objective to promote Gender Equal Laws and Policies.



SIF takes pride in stating that it has an effective force of over 100,000 members on ground and more the 10,000 on the internet who are fighting this legal terrorism like commandos. Save Indian Family is a strong team of dedicated families comprising of victims of misuse of Section 498A, Dowry Death and many other similar section of the Indian Penal Code, Various sections of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act – 2005, Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), All the Marriage Acts (Hindu, Muslim, Christian etc) , Special Marriage Act, Guardians and Wards Act, Rape, Sexual Harassment at Work Place etc. & other gender biased laws in India, including NRIs, Sr. citizens who campaign and create awareness about gross injustice and abuse that happen in Indian legal system. Giving the message to the society about Gender Equality and Family Harmony.

To promote marital and family harmony.

To actively work for creating a dowry free society without adversely effecting the institution of marriage, family structure and implication of innocents.

To provide a platform for fighting against misuse of dowry laws.

To create awareness about current dowry/cruelty/harassment related laws and their detrimental effects on family members including husband, wife, their children and relatives.

To provide legal, psychosocial and emotional support to the innocent persons who are affected by malicious implication through dowry laws. To provide legal aid to families from weaker and needy section of society.

To demote cultural changes like single parenting and live-in relationships, to safe guard child welfare and integrity of Indian family.

To safe guard interests of Elder’s and their respect in society and discourage elder abuse through dowry related laws.

To promote deterrents against false complaints and arrests without investigation. To discourage malicious prosecutions in matrimonial cases.

Pursue amendments/reform in existing laws and legal procedures, so that all sections of society enjoy equal rights for justice, irrespective of their race, age, religion and gender. To promote gender equality and reduce gender discrimination.

To work to ensure speedy trial and justice to all.

To take up issues related to Human Rights Violations and violation of Fundamental Rights as per Indian constitution and raise these issues at appropriate platforms.

To collaborate with different sections of society, other organizations working towards similar goals, women organizations, Government bodies, legal authorities etc for the betterment of Indian society.

To perform all such acts as may be necessary for the achievements and accomplishment of the above mentioned aims and objectives.
