EVENT RULES (Eastern instruments)
>>Individual event (no accompanists are allowed). Participants must bring their own instruments.
>>Specified instruments: Veena/Violin
>>Item can be presented in Carnatic style.
>>Maximum time allotted is 10 minutes.
>>Judgment will be based on the thaalam, composition, nadam, rhythm, sruthi, general impression etc.
>>No separate prizes for boys & girls.
>>Judges’ decision will be final.
>>Prize money will be awarded to first prize winners.

>>Individual event (no accompanists are allowed).
>>Participants must bring their own instruments.
>>Specified instruments: Guitar/ Violin.
>>Item can be presented in Western style.
>>Maximum time allotted is 10 minutes.
>>Judgment will be based on the composition,rhythm, general impression etc.
>>No separate prizes for boys & girls.
>>Judges’ decision will be final.
>>Prize money will be awarded to first prize winners.
