**Breakfast and lunch inclusive.

**Note : Reporting at Ruggedian at 6:00 Am

**Return around 4 pm back to Kolhapur.

**Own transportation

This Agreement is entered into between Ruggedian Fitness Multiplex(“Gym”) represented by its Mr. Akash A. Korgaonkar having address at Ruggedian Fitness Multiplex, behind wilder memorial church, New Shahupuri, Kolhapur and the camp attendee.

I declare that:

By signing this waiver, I certify that I, in joining, registering, and/or using any and all services provided by the Ruggedian Fitness Multiplex for Ruggedian : Mathgaon Monsoon Trek happening on 2nd July, 2023; I agree to all terms and conditions of this Waiver and Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) in participating in the camp activities.

1. I hereby contract with Ruggedian Fitness Multiplex for myself for the Ruggedian : Andur Adventure camp that includes Rappelling, zipline, jumaring, rope balancing, slackline, archery, rifle shooting, trekking, tent stay, camping. lakeside swimming and other adventire activities
2. I understand that the Gym makes no guarantees or warranties.
3. I understand that the employees of the Gym are not trained as Medical or health professionals.
4. I accept entry into the trek will not be transferred to another entrant.
5. I declare that, I am in an appropriate physical condition to participate in the activities.
6. I assure that, I have taken medical advice on any pre-existing medical conditions, and confirm that it is medically safe for me to participate in the trek and its activities.
7. I acknowledge that there are risks involved in the trek. I fully realise the dangers of participating in the trek and trek activities and fully assume the risks associated with my participation and wellbeing and safety to life during and after the trek. I understand and acknowledge that the Gym(including all volunteers) provide no warranties, regarding my wellbeing and safety.
8. I understand and agree that situations may arise during the trek, which may be beyond the immediate control of the Gym(including all volunteers).
9. I will ensure my participation in the trek, in a manner that does not endanger either me or others.
10. I agree that to the extent permissible by law, the Gym(including all the volunteers), the sponsors and other parties associated with the camp, have no liability to me whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, (including injury or death) in any way related to my participation in the trek.
11. I authorise the use of my name, voice, pictures, videos and information and those recorded or clicked during camp under the banner of the Gym in any broadcast, telecast, promotion, advertising, social media and in any other way, without payment to me or any other form of compensation.
12. I agree that I will comply with the rules, and regulations of the trek.
13. I agree that I will follow all reasonable safety instructions provided to me by the Gym, (including all volunteers) before, during and after the trek.
14. I agree to take recourse to medical treatment of illness or injuries suffered during or immediately after the trek.
15. I agree to Indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the Gym(including the employees, volunteers) from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in this trek, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
16. I agree that it is my sole responsibility to take care of my possessions and valuables which I bring to the camp and I agree to hold the Gym and all people associated to it harmless in the event any such possessions or valuables are lost or stolen or destroyed for any reason.

*I have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a complete release of liability, that I hereby waive any right that I may now have or will have to bring any legal action against the Gym, its Trainers, employees, agents, successors, volunteers or assigns, for any liabilities that may result, whether directly or indirectly, from the Gym.

*The services under this agreement are subject to Kolhapur jurisdiction only.

Disclamier

I am fully aware of and appreciate that participating in Ruggedian : Mathgaon Monsoon Trek may result in accidents or serious injury. I am voluntarily participating in the Ruggedian : Mathgaon Monsoon Trek with complete knowledge of associated risks and I agree to accept responsibility of all risks to injury or death. I also acknowledge that Gym does not offer any formal training program. By signing this wavier and release, I declare that I am medically able, properly trained, physically fit and capable in participating in Ruggedian : Mathgaon Monsoon Trek and that my medical care provider has approved my participation. I agree to independently consult my physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my participation in the Ruggedian : Mathgaon Monsoon Trek. I also agree my full and sole responsibility for my own medical expenses and that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses on my behalf. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Ruggedian : Mathgaon Monsoon Trek, I agree to assume all the risks and to release and hold harmless Ruggedian Fitness Multiplex, its team, it's volunteers, it's sponsors. I understand and agree that this wavier and release is binding upon my heirs, assigns and legal representatives. I hereby grant my consent and permission to Ruggedian : Mathgaon Monsoon Trek, its partner organizations and employees to use any and all information submitted in my application, and/or my name, photograph, videotape, motion picture recording, voice or likeness for any purpose, including pre-trek and post-trek publicity. I have carefully read this wavier and release and fully understand its contents. If I am under 18 years at the time of registration, my parents or legal guardian have fully read, understood and consented to the terms of this wavier and release and by signature below authorize my participation. By signing this wavier, I have indicated that I have read, understood and agreed to the wavier and release above.
