BOOKING POLICY:
o Prior confirmation with payment is required by 13 March, till 7.30 pm
o Confirmation will be cancelled if payment not received by 13 March 2022
o The participant receives a payment invoice via WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful booking

o Munching Items: Trail Mix, Dry Fruits, Fruits, Laddu’s, etc.
o Daypack or Backpack: Travel Light & Organized
o Trekking Shoes or Hiking Boots: Walk the talk on your Hike or Trek
o Medical Kit: Personal Medicines, if any
o Extra Clothes: A Pair of Extra Clothes (2 extra, 1 night dress)
o Extra Pair of shoes, socks or chappals
o Soft blanket or sleeping bag to keep you warm at night
o Miscellaneous: Swiss Knife, Torchlight or Flashlight (night treks), Cap/Hat, Sanitizers, Masks, Sunscreen, camera, mosquito repellent etc.
DO’S & DON’TS:
DO NOT throw Garbage & Plastic or litter around or near a water source or on a trek trail
Use Call sign “Hello” “Oyee” incase if you are not in visible distance to the group
Alert group against any falling object / rock - Recommended - call sign “Watch Out”
Avoid wandering alone or click Selfie’s near the edge of an exposed valley
Do not eat/pluck any fruits from the forest without trek leader’s consent as it could be poisonous
Do not provoke or harm any animals, birds or honeybees
Do not jump into a water body without trek leader’s permission
Smoking & Alcohol consumption is strictly not allowed in any event of RNT TREKKERS
