Ritima Saikia

Ritima Saikia is a vocalist, songwriter and independent musician currently based in New Delhi. Her expedition into music started at the age of 7 with Hindustani classical music, learning under renowned radio artist Babymoonh Hazarika of Assam later culminating into diverse genres like pop, indie, jazz and western classical. She infuses her varied understanding of vocal techniques and voice culture in her songwriting. Inspired by indie artists like Lizzy Mcalpine, Bruno Major, Maro among others, she has her way of writing music on daily life grims in a conversational way of expression
