DATA SUBMISSION:

• Run with app/watch to track your run and submit data with proof on the link or WhatsApp Number: +91-76918 81451.
• Data can be submitted on a given WhatsApp number till 25 Feb 2025 by 11 AM.
• Data submission is MANDATORY. (Strictly No Exception allowed)
• The snapshot must include running time, distance & current date.
• Once you finish your run/ride, you have to click a screenshot of the app you are using to calculate your distance. You need to submit this screenshot as proof of the distance you covered on the link/WhatsApp number provided.

TERMS & CONDITIONS/OTHER DETAILS:

1. Run as per your convenience on any day from 26 Jan - 24 Feb 2025 to qualify for any challenge of Republic Day Run - Ride 2025. Run with app/watch to track your run and submit a screenshot of the distance covered on WhatsApp Number (+91-76918 81451) with the name of the event, booking ID, and your name.
2. Participants must use known running applications to record the run such as Strava, Garmin, Google Fit, Samsung Health, RunKeeper, Endomondo, Runtastic, Nike Pro, etc.
3. Please choose the event category carefully, registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified.
4. Participants must provide a valid contact mobile number and email ID for further communication.
5. The minimum age to participate is 5 years.
6. You can start the race from your home or anywhere you prefer.
7. Runner/cyclist will take part in the race at their own risk, the organizer or any other agency associated with the event will not be responsible for the inconvenience (theft, death, robbery, etc.) caused while completing the distance.
8. The participant is responsible for their safety.
9. In the event of adverse weather conditions or restrictions by authorities, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the event.
10. This event is only limited to Indian residents. Foreigner participant must provide their Indian residence address.
11. All rights and decisions are reserved with the organiser Champion Fitness.

Note:

• Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
• Takeaways (Medal, T-Shirt, Trophy etc.) will be delivered according to your selected ticket only and will be delivered to you once the whole event is completed.
• Medals, T-shirts and other goodies will be dispatched in 2 - 3 weeks after the event. Keep checking this space for regular updates!
• The E-certificate will be sent to your provided mail ID within 24 - 48 Hrs after data submission.
