1.If Rs.700 paid in advance then its a non refundable amount.
2.If full amount paid in advance then Rs.500 will be refundable.
3.If replacement is provided then full amount will be refundable.
Trek Plan - (Plan may change due to unavoidable conditions)
Day 1 - Saturday 16th Jan 2021.
Reporting time and place - Axis Bank near Borivali National Park on Western Express Highway at 10 pm
Day 2 - Sunday 17th Jan 2021.
Reach Base village by 5 am.
Have a break fast and start trek.
Return to base village have a lunch and proceed to Pandav Caves.
Explore Pandav Caves and start return journey by 3 pm
Reach Mumbai by 8 pm.(Depends on traffic)
Things to Carry -
All items below are compulsory unless explicitly mentioned as optional.
-Torch
- Trekking shoes or rubber gripped sports shoes.(NO chappal,Sandals,Slippers)
- Wear full sleeves shirt , full pant and Hat.
- Sweatshirts /sweater due to winter
-Personal sanitizer and Facemask
- Some ready to eat and light food.
- Any one Original Photo ID proof.
- 3 Liter Water.
- Backpack to pack your stuffs.(NO Sling Bags,Hand Bags)
- Personal Medicines-Optional
Strictly follow the Guidelines with respect to Covid Pandemic as mentioned below :
-Kids below age 12 and senior citizens above age 60 are not allowed to participate in this event
-Please carry sanitizer.
-Each member of the group (participants/leaders/ clients & staff) wears a protective mask while on interaction with each other. Do carry few unused, disposable masks.
-It is strongly recommended to wear caps, full sleeves shirts, and full trousers and shoes for adventure activities. It reduces exposure to your body parts.
-It should be ascertained from the participants that they are not residing / have not traveled in a containment zone and have not come in contact with any person who was tested positive in the last 14 days.
-Ascertain whether any participant has any symptoms of Influenza-like illness (ILI) like fever, dry cough, weakness, severe body ache, etc. at the time of the beginning of the activity. If it is so then he/she should be asked not to participate actively and be evacuated on medical grounds and should be asked to report to the local health authorities with his own expenses.
-Strictly avoid eating gutkha, pan masala, cigarette, or sniffing which induces spitting, coughing, or sneezing.
-Avoid touching external surfaces and touching your face when outdoors.
-If the location of your adventure activity is too crowded then be prepared to leave or wait for the crowd to disperse/for your turn.
-It is mandatory that a participant informs the organizers if he tests positive for COVID within 14 days of returning from adventure activity. It will help the organizers to inform and alert all other persons in the group so that they can follow the medical
/government norms in this regard. Here it is absolutely essential that the participant observes
transparency and informs the organizers/group leaders about his COVID test results.
Important Notes -
-Trek Leaders reserves the right to change the format of the event.
-Carrying or consuming alcohol and addictive stuffs are strictly prohibited during trek. If caught, you will be expelled from group without any further discussions or refund.
-Do not carry valuable,unnecessary things for trek.
-Trekking is the disciplined sport, do not go to any risky place , you should follow rules set by organizers. Organizers will not be responsible for any loss during travel and trek.
