Workshop - Product Management & Practices - ICP-PDM - Oct 07, 08, closing by 14 Oct [2023]

We have designed and crafted Product Management and Practices ICP-PDM workshop for the people who wants to explore and develop product management capabilities. This course and workshop is designed based on the Learning Outcomes designed by ICAgile for the product management track along with product management capabilities which are required for an individual to Uplift their Core product capability craftsmanship.

How is the Course Workshop Designed:

• Synchronous Learning - 2 working days - Oct 07-08 [Sat-Sun] as in-person virtual / online
• Asynchronous Learning - 4-6 hours of learning videos
• Asynchronous Learning - Blogs Reading and Article [Before and After 2 full days]
• Asynchronous Learning - Assignments
• Synchronous Learning - we are planning to work for ~4-5 hours of sessions in between working week after Oct 09 and Oct 12 - weekdays as well as on Oct 14 [Saturday] considering availability of people

In this workshop you will get to know about the various aspects of product management role, product, various types of products, various business models, product life cycle and mapping with the technology adoption curve.

• Craft and Build your Product Thinking, Product Sense and Product Mindset
• Discuss and Analyze a real-world or case study product and share how you can able to use it for your product area or Organizational purpose 
• Prepare a product strategy and describe how they would validate and align towards outcome oriented roadmap
• Analyze a real-world scenario or case study and show how team composition changes as the product changes, scales and moves through the product lifecycle
• Activity based learning and case study based reflections for topics as business drivers, market segmentation etc.
