Powerpeaks is happy to announce the 4th edition of our exclusive triathlon camp.
After a very successful training camp last year which saw a record 100% finish rate amongst our athletes, we are back with another exciting edition of the much-awaited Goa Tri Camp.

It will be an intensive 3-day training camp under the guidance of the most sought-after Ironman coach Chaitanya Velhal.

The camp will pave the way for all the registered participants for swimming, cycling, and running on the same route as Ironman Goa. Along with an action-packed itinerary that includes a lot of technical knowledge sharing from our coach, feedback on techniques, and sea swimming practice to name a few.

This is a great opportunity to experience a tri life and gain excellent insights & pro tips from Power peaks. Also, it's a golden opportunity for everyone who has registered for the Ironman goa race to get a complete understanding of the route and get a race done on the same route.
ITINERARY:
1. Day 1 (Friday)
• Early morning Training session. (6 am -10 am)
• Welcome Seminar by Coach Chaitanya from 12-1 pm
• Race Strategy, precautions, Ironman race rules explained, what to expect on race day.
• Bikefits, Bike Mech Workshop
• Evening Run with Coach (10K)
• Dinner at 8 pm
2. Day 2 (Saturday)
• Early Morning Swim at Miramar Beach (6 am)
• Followed by 7km run on IM goa loop.
• Breakfast
• Bike Recce of IM Goa Bike Route (50 Km Ride)
• Lunch
• Nutrition Seminar for Ironman @ 4 pm
• Transition Drills @ 530pm
• Evening Running Leg Opener
• Dinner
3. Day 3 (Sunday – Race day)
• 4:30 am Wake-up call
• 5:30 am Leave hotel
• 6:00 am Reach the venue
• 6:00am-6:45 Prepare transition
• 7:00 am Flag-off
• 3:00 pm Official cut-off
• 5:00 pm Back to hotel, rest till 7:30 pm
• 8:30 pm-9:30 pm Post Race Briefing and Analysis
CELEBRATORY DINNER (ON THE HOUSE)
4. Day 4 (Monday)
• 6:30 am-8:30 am Easy active recovery activity (Run, yoga, or cycling) Optional.
• 8:30am-9:00am Light breakfast
• 9:00 am-10:00 am Pack and checkout.
