Plank Challenge

A plank is a simple, but effective core exercise that helps you build stability and strength throughout your entire body. The plank is a body weight exercise . Body-weight exercises are workouts that you can do with nothing but your own body. Plank help to build the core and core is really helpful in running to provide extra help to legs to balance the body and keep the posture right during run. This challenge for all like beginners, runners , walkers, kids , adults etc.

This will be a virtual event. A virtual event can be done from any location you like. You get to choose the place and time of your plank.

1. Only those participants will be eligible to receive finisher E-certificate who will submit the evidence of plank on 06-June-2021.

2. Participants are advised to solicit medical advice from doctor relating their health condition prior to taking part in the event. Participants acknowledge and accept that their participation in this event carry potential risks and hazards, including but not limited to accidents, physical or physical injuries, health problems, paralysis, death, damage to property and/or other losses, and other risks that are not known before and which at this time are reasonably unpredictable (“Risks and Hazards”). Risks and Hazards may occur, among others, because of Participants actions or negligence or other people’s actions or omissions, and/or the conditions of the facilities and/or equipment and the natural conditions.

3. The Organizer highly encourages women who are pregnant to seek consultation from their designated doctor before taking part in the event. The event organizer shall not be responsible for complications, health issues, and/or any other Risks and Hazards that may arise from participating in the event during pregnancy.

4. Participant must undertake to abide by the event rules and event instructions

5. All participants should take part at their own risk. FSTF and event officials will not be held responsible if any mishaps/accidents occur during the event. We urge you not to participate if you are unfit to perform any strenuous activity.

6. This is strictly plank event. 

7. In the case of any dispute, the decision of the event officials will be final.

8. A participant, once registered, cannot cancel his/her registration.

9. From time to time the event organizer may modify the Rules & Regulations in our sole discretion without prior notice, so please continue to review the Rules & Regulations whenever accessing the town script link.
