SWAROOP PRESENTS AN EXHIBITION ON THE CRAFT OF PHAD PAINTING

Phad touchdown is a showcase of the initiative by SWAROOP by Swati Bhatia in collaboration with the government of Bhilwara.

 The designer brand "SWAROOP”, a mass promoter of traditional crafts of India, modernized and propagated the craft of Phad paintings; a dying art form. A design and development workshop was held for a cluster of artisans in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The products of this workshop will be displayed at our exclusive event on 8th December, 2019 (Sunday).

The Exhibition will be set in a Recreated Rajasthani Ambiance, a feel of the essence of Bhilwara complete with traditional props, live Rajasthani music by traditional artists and kullad tea with snacks.

Come witness a showcase of the talent and craft of Rajasthani artisans paired with our stunning designs to create never seen before products.

Fresh designer pieces such as denim jackets, fanny packs, keychains, brooches etc; all hand painted by artisans of Bhilwara will be on display and available on order.
