In this age where organisations operate in a volatile business environment with rapid shifts in technological, economic and regulatory landscapes, the demand and war for talent is only increasing. Most organisation's today recognise talent acquisition, enablement and retention as one of the key risks that they face. We, as internal auditors, need to be aware of such risks and build adequate capabilities to review, audit and advice on their management. In this session we will focus on the "Hire to Retire (H2R)" processes which deals with people related risks and issues. We will cover a broad spectrum of underlying sub-processes, the risks, standards of business controls within them and with an added objective to understand how forensics and data analytics can play a value adding role while auditing such processes.
