Pawna Camping Itinerary

Day 1

04:00 pm Check-in at Pawna Lake campsite drive by own car

4:30 pm Welcome Tea & Snacks

5:00 pm Indoor games include Soft Archery, dart, chess, Carrom

7:00 pm Get yourself comfortable in your tents

7:00 pm BBQ Veg /Non-Veg (200 Grams Per person)

10:00 pm Dinner

11:00 pm: Get a cozy sleep inside your tent OR enjoy the 1 million stars over your head

Day 2

05:00 am wake up early morning to enjoy the sunrise.

08:00 am Breakfast unlimited

10:00 am Pack up and Check out from the campsite

Camping tents with proper bedding and Blankets
Evening tea & snacks, Dinner and Breakfast
Veg/Non-Veg BBQ (200grm Per Person)
Indoor/Outdoor sports

Cost Excludes:

Any transportation.
All kinds of Extra Meals / Drinks Ordered
Insurance, tips, Porters, bottled mineral water, aerated drinks, etc.
Any kind of personal expenses
Any kind of cost, which is not mentioned in the cost, includes above
All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks, bad weather
Any medical / Emergency evacuations if required

Cancellation Policy

75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
No show No Refund.
Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
If Trek gets canceled we will refund "Trek Amount" only.
