Spend one-hour learning how to be fit and healthy through Yoga with the DAILY WORLD LIVE YOGA FOR BIGINNERS on July 26, 2020.
All you need to get in shape is one hour of training from 7.00 am to 8.00 am.
You will be guided through the various Yoga Asanas by Karishma Bisht a certified Yoga Instructor.
The stress of modern life coupled with the stress of the Lockdown and working from home can be easily reduced by performing the right Yoga Asanas. These help regulate your heartbeat, blood pressure and even help reduce the risk of lifestyle-related diseases like arthritis and diabetes. They keep you fit and healthy and active to enjoy both leisure and work.
