Online Advanced TQM program by Dr. Noriaki Kano & TQMI

After highly successful programs for last 7 years, TQMI is offering another unique program on Advanced TQM Program led by Dr. Noriaki Kano & TQMI Team again in 2021, this time on virtual mode.

The workshop will bring to you the latest thoughts, concepts and methods for organizational transformation with focus on creating long term prosperity of all stakeholders with emphasis on quality, customer and sustainability. Program will be conducted by Prof. Noriaki Kano the most eminent internationally acknowledged Sensei in the field of quality and business excellence in the world. Prof. Kano has designed this program as "Advanced TQM for the 21st Century" encompassing his latest ideas and experiences across many countries and more particularly India. These new methods and techniques have emerged to fulfill business needs for sustained growth in a highly turbulent and competitive environment, especially post COVID. Prof. Kano will be supported by senior facilitators from TQMI to share simple examples and the Indian experience and some of TQMI's key clients who have applied these methods successfully & effectively in their organization.
