There are 2 types of challenges:-
1. Daily challenges:-
There are 4 types of challenges:-
a) Push-ups challenge (25 rps)
b) Squats challenge (25 rps)
c) Bur-pees challenges (25 rps)
d) Shit-ups challenges (25 rps)
Rules:-
i. The fitness lovers will required to do exercises minimum 20 days in a month.
ii. Upload your videos on any social media and send us the link of that video.
2. One day challenges:-
There are 4 types of challenges:-
a) Push-ups challenges (100 rps)
b) Squats challenges (100 rps)
c) Bur-pees challenges (100 rps)
d) Shit-ups challenges (100 rps)
