T&C – Next Level Oktoberfest 2024 at BLVD Club Lawns

1. Prohibited Items

• Weapons, illegal drugs, and outside food or beverages are strictly prohibited.
• Large bags, backpacks, or other items deemed inappropriate by security will not be allowed.
• Any confiscated items will not be returned.
• Children’s strollers are allowed but will be subject to security checks.

2. Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other attendees, staff, and the venue.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or violence will result in immediate ejection from the event and possibly a permanent ban from future events.
• The organizers have the right to remove anyone from the event who is causing disruption, or poses a risk to themselves or others.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their children behave appropriately during the event.

3. Alcohol Consumption

• Alcohol will be served only to individuals aged 21 and above. Valid ID must be shown.
• Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. Overconsumption or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the event.
• Alcohol is not to be consumed or purchased by minors (under 21 years).

4. Health & Safety

• Attendees must comply with any health and safety regulations in place, including but not limited to COVID-19 protocols if applicable.
• The organizers reserve the right to alter health and safety rules as per government directives.
• In case of emergency, follow the instructions of security personnel or event staff.
• Children must be supervised at all times, and any accidents or injuries must be reported immediately to event staff.

5. Photography & Filming

• By attending the event, guests consent to photography, video, and audio recording that may be used for promotional purposes.
• Personal photography and filming are allowed for non-commercial purposes, provided it does not interfere with the event or other attendees' enjoyment.
• Parents or guardians must ensure that the images or recordings of children are not used inappropriately.

6. Liability

• The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
• Attendees enter the venue at their own risk and should take care of their belongings.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children during the event.

7. Refund Policy

• The event is non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation or postponement initiated by the organizers.
• If the event is canceled, the organizers will refund the ticket cost within 30 days.

8. Changes to the Event

• The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, security, etc.).

9. Force Majeure

• The organizers are not liable for failure to perform any obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, pandemics, or government actions.
