Navsari Night Run – Run for Jal

Navsari is all set to host its first-ever Navsari Night Run, an event that promises not just an exhilarating running experience but also a deeper purpose. Organized by Youth 4 Gujarat in collaboration with Navsari Municipal Corporation, this unique initiative is led by Jiignesh Paatil, who envisions a future where fitness and social responsibility go hand in hand.

With the event’s tagline "Run for Jal," this night run aims to spark a crucial conversation about water preservation and rainwater harvesting. As water scarcity continues to be a growing concern, this initiative seeks to bring the community together to reflect on sustainable practices while embracing the joy of running.

More than just a sporting event, the Navsari Night Run is an experience—one where the community comes together for a larger purpose. As runners make their way through the course, each step serves as a reminder of the vital role water plays in our lives and the responsibility we share in conserving it.

This night is about movement, awareness, and impact. Whether you're an avid runner, a fitness enthusiast, or someone who believes in making a difference, Navsari Night Run invites you to be part of a meaningful journey—one that starts with a run but leads to a lasting change.

Terms & Conditions / Other Details

Event Registration:

Please choose your event category carefully. Confirmed registrations are non-transferable and cannot be modified.

Provide a phone number and email ID that you can access regularly, as these will be our primary means of communication leading up to the event.

Minimum Age Criteria:

• 10 KM: Minimum age is 12 years
• 5 KM: Minimum age is 08 years
• 3 KM : Minimum age is 06 years

If registering a minor, you confirm that you are the parent/guardian and that the child has your permission to participate in the event. All event rules will apply to the minor as if they were an adult.

Communication:

Users of mail services that filter/block unknown senders should add info@brandcircusevents.com to their address list.

Regular updates will be sent to the mobile number you provided. These should not be treated as spam, and no action should be taken against our bulk SMS provider.

Any notice sent to the registered email address will be considered received by the participant.

Health and Safety:

Long-distance running is an extreme sport and can be physically demanding. You take full responsibility for your participation and agree not to hold the organizing committee liable for any injury or accident.

Consult your physician and undergo a medical examination to assess your suitability for participating in the event.

Risk Acknowledgment:

Participation involves risks such as falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions (heat or humidity), traffic, and other public event risks.

The organizers will not be responsible for any loss, injury, illness, or death arising from participation.

Instructions and Safety:

Follow all instructions provided by organizers, medical staff, or volunteers during the event.

You agree to stop running if advised by the organizers, medical personnel, or aid station volunteers for your safety.

Media and Promotion:

Your name and media recordings (photos/videos) taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.

Your personal information may be stored and used for event organization, promotion, and administration purposes.

Adverse Conditions:

In case of adverse weather conditions, major incidents, or restrictions by authorities, the organizers reserve the right to stop, cancel, or postpone the event. If postponed, the registration fee will be adjusted for the new date.

Non-Refundable Registration:

Registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified.

Cut-Off Time

Participants are advised to leave the course after the cut-off time for safety and traffic regulation purposes.

BIB Collection:

Participants must personally collect their running bibs. Bibs can be collected by someone else only with written consent from the registered participant.

Disqualification and Fraudulent Activity:

Any participant found using fraudulent documents will be disqualified.

Race Day Visual Screening:

Race day images will be screened. Participants found not wearing their allotted bib will be disqualified.

The right to participate and the associated benefits are non-transferable. Only the registered participant is entitled to the benefits.
