Mountain Camping in Mahabaleshwar!

Advait Valley Camp, Kshetra Mahabaleshwar is a mountain campsite located at the edge of Krishna Valley, on the roof of Mahabaleshwar at an altitude of 1350m. On one side lies the dense eco-sensitive forest of Mahabaleshwar, while on the other side is the jaw-dropping-ly beautiful Krishna Valley which offers views of river, mountains and valley! Sunrises are best enjoyed through our tents! Our campsite is surrounded by a variety of nature trails with varying difficulty levels and our campers can trek or easily walk on their own to some amazing view points, do some birdwatching on the trails and visit age old heritage temples! Our camp games & campfire are wonderful activities in which campers interact with each other! Advait Valley Camp, Kshetra Mahabaleshwar takes campers close to nature and enhances the experience of camping!

Campsite is open daily from 4pm to 10am.

Campsite is closed daily from 10am to 4pm for maintenance and cleaning.

Campsite has 10 tents (accomodation for 20people) at the moment. Each tent can accomodate two people and their night's luggage - (last updated in Nov 2018).

Meals will be pure vegetarian. No outside eatables or drinkables allowed.

Camp Itinerary

• 4pm - Check in at Advait Valley Camp, Kshetra Mahabaleshwar and attend camp briefing conducted by our camp leader.  
• Tents will be allocated by camp leader. Drop your bags in your spacious double sharing tent, lock the tent.
• 4.30pm - Hi Tea - Enjoy fresh hot kanda bhaji with chai to start the fun as the sun sets.
• Freshen up at camp washroom area which has 2 toilets - girls/boys and 1 common bath facility. Bath soap & Hand wash soap are available at the washrooms. Camp towels are given to each camper.
• Stroll around on your own and visit the historic Krishnabai Temple with jaw dropping valley views. 
• Compete in our unique Life size Jenga, Ladder golf or other various camp games with your friends and fellow campers while chill music plays on the camp speaker till the campfire starts.
• 7.45pm - BBQ & Campfire - For the perfect camp feel, have barbecue food around the campfire with old and new friends!
• Chill, dance, sing in a magical raw setting under the starry sky. Star Gazing(at extra cost Rs.50 as per availability and weather).
• 9.30pm - Dinner - Garma garam Chapati, 2 Bhaajis & Rice!
• Sing and dance around the campfire and retire to your tents on cozy mattresses snuggled up in warm blankets. 
• 6.45am - Sunrise & Tea - Wake up to the most amazing view of the sun rising from the valley with the backdrop the lake and enjoy early morning tea with the sunrise! 
• Early birds can trek on their own to the Ganesh Temple with heavenly views along the way.
• 8.30am - Breakfast - After the Ganesh Temple Trek, return to the campsite and have a heavy breakfast.
• 10 am - Check out. Leave the campsite with sweet memories and plan to come back for making many more !

• Mosquito Repellent.

• Binoculars (Our campsite and surrounding areas are good for birdwatching).
• Camera (As you may find amazing photo moments almost always at our campsite). 

Package Inclusions

• Accommodation on double sharing basis in spacious tent with mattresses & blankets and enough space to keep a bag or two.
• 1 RO filtered water bottle, 2 towels in each tent.
• 1 camp Bath facility(Hot Water available), 2 camp toilets-girls/guys.
• Food(fixed menu, pure vegetarian food) - Hi-tea, BBQ, Dinner, Morning tea, Breakfast. Menu can be seen in photos.
• Campsite games - Mega Jenga, Frisbee, Tic Tac Toe, Ladder Golf, Card Games, Board Games, Rug Sack Race, Magic Rope Game, etc.
• Our staff is always present on site during camp timings. Even at night!

• By Car/Bike - 6kms from Mahabaleshwar Market.
• By Bus - Bus till Mahabaleshwar Market & then Taxi till Advait Valley Camp, Kshetra Mahabaleshwar.
• By Hike - Reach Jor Village via Wai. Trek up from Jor Village to Kshetra Mahabaleshwar(1.45hrs - 600m height).
• Nearest Airport - Pune Airport(130kms+, drive time 3hrs).
• Nearest Railway Station - Wathar Railway Station (60kms+, drive time 2hrs)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation if cancellation is done anytime before 3 days of check in date.
• No refund will be granted if cancellation is done in less than 3 days before check in date.

Note

• A set of strict camp rules is provided during booking and at the time of check in. Any camper found not abiding to the rules will be banned from our campsite. 
• Public parking is available near the campsite.
• Children below 18 years of age are not allowed on the campsite.

Campsite Rules

• No Smoking, No Alcohol.
• No outside eatables or drinkables.
• No pets.
• No Explosives, Lighters, Guns or Knives. 
• No Plastic. No littering of any sort on campsite.
• No Kids on campsite below 18 years of age (Due to communal nature of the campsite).
• Government ID of all campers will be needed at the time of check in.
• No audio speakers (Camp speaker time 8.30am to 10am, 4pm to 7.45pm).
• No electronic sounds from bonfire time to 6.30am. (Feel free to interact with other campers).
• Silent hours from 11pm to 6.30am.
• Meals are served at fixed timings. If campers are not present on site during the meals, then management cannot provide refund or make available food at odd timings.
• Campsite entry rights reserved by management.
• Management reserves rights to ban any camper who does not abide to camp rules or for misconduct, misbehaviour or violence. No refund for ban.
• Management is not responsible for any accidents or mishaps that take place during camping.
