MNTHE 2021 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA -

Since Merchant Navy courses are offered under UG, PG, Diploma and Certificate levels, the eligibility criteria for different courses vary. Here are some common requirements for Merchant Navy courses for different levels.

Qualification:Minimum 10th passed from a recognized board.

Age:Between 17 to 28 years at the time of course commencement

Minimum Height:157 cm

Minimum Weight:48 Kg

Eyesight: 6/6 in both eyes (unaided vision). No Colour blindness.

Medical: Candidates should be physically and medically fit, as per current DG Shipping norms.
