We are coming with a SYNTHETIC  Track Running  on 22th of December 2024 to increase fitness awareness.

As the running culture is growing in India more people are adapting the culture health and fitness.

Running is a community driven so more people are getting aware.

EVENT INFORMATION

Let us get out of our comfort zone and build up our endurance again, it’s been a long gap but it is never too late to start again and practice what makes you feel alive.

The Lucknow Stadium Run is happening on 22th December 2024 and I couldn't be more excited!

It's time to lace up those running shoes and get ready to sweat it out in the beautiful city of Lucknow. This is not your average run, it's a chance to experience the thrill of running in a stadium filled with cheering crowds and fellow runners.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or a beginner, this event has something for everyone.Plus, the beautiful scenery of Lucknow will definitely keep you motivated throughout the run.

FAQS- 

(1) What is the distance of 1 loop ? Do we have to run on a particular track band ? - 400 mtr / will share each band track soon .



(2) How is the total distance measured ? Is it in the terms of (Total loops completed x 1 loop distance)



(3) Can a participant take a rest for sometime in between ..Yes they can but the max resting time(20 min) will count in the total finish time .


(4) What is the arrangement of Hydration, at what intervals ?

- For Stadium run we need to manage Carbs related products And list are mentioned below :

Banana + Reload fast n up , slated cookies ,normal water, Salted chips , Dates , Cola , Ice , Ideally runner should load 60-70 garam carbs as per their body weight and upto 500 M sodium per hrs through electrolyte..every 30 mins they can load carbs and salt tab both


(5) What all is offered in hydration ?


- I have mentioned the list in above


(6) Do you provide Spray during running in case of leg cramps.:

- yes ..we should provide the all medical related facilities for participants along with some doctor and nurse also we should keep sunscreen vaseline and all required stuff

(7) What is the arrangement of breakfast, Lunch and dinner during the race ?-

- light food we can offer for who is running more than 3 hours or upto 3 hrs ..which has more carbs : like yogurt, dates and energy bars

(8) Are you providing fruits and hard snacks @ hydration points ?

- oranges can 

(9) Is it an Open stadium or indoor stadium ? - it's Open Stadium

(10) What are the age categories and any prize money ? No

(11) Normally, How many participants in 100 Km run as experienced in last edition.

- 10 runners coz this is the 1st edition after covid .

(12) Can you exactly share the location of the stadium run venue / start point ?


- you can mention the location (Guru Govind Singh Sports College, Lucknow)


(13) Are there people coming from other states to participate ? Yes 


- Take the help of the registration team for data

(14) Is it a Chip based timed run and valid as a proof for other races ?


- This should be chip based run


(15) What are the dis-qualification criteria other than participants DNF..

- there should be a penalty tent if someone doesn't follow the rules.. we can discuss in details

- Other side assistance and pacing should not be allowed..and they should throw the garbage at the trash area only ..littering will be prohibited or may cause disqualification

NOTE: 
Rule- 
A -Personal Run Assisting Gadgets will not be taken into account for the final calculation of laps or distance.

B- Every runner will run for 2 hours each.

C- No individual participant is allowed to run in more than 1 team.

Important Notes

A- 20 days prior to the event date, transfer of registration, cancellation or any             changes will not be accepted.

 B-  There will be no Partial refund for downgrading of any race category.

Customized BIBs: To receive a customized BIB with your name, please make sure to register at least 15 days before the event date.


Non-Transferable Registration: Registrations with discounted rates are non-transferable. The registered participants must use the BIB assigned to them.


BIB Expo: The BIB Expo will take place Smae day prior to the event at the designated venue as per Running Category .


No On-Spot Registration: On-spot registrations will be done if available. 


BIB Exchange: Participants are not allowed to exchange their timing BIBs with others. Each BIB is unique and should only be used by the assigned participant. Any participant found wearing another participant's BIB will be disqualified.


Proper Placement of BIB: Participants must wear their BIB on their chest, ensuring it is visible. Wearing the BIB on the back will result in disqualification from the winner's list.


Email Updates: All event-related updates will be shared via the registered email address.


All participants are required to report at the venue Sharp 30 min prior to the start-time of their individual events.


Bib and Timing Chip have to be worn at all times during the entire run.


Pacers are not allowed on or off the track during the race. Failure to comply will lead to disqualification of the participant.


No family and friends will be entertained at the food area for participants.


There will be a change in direction of running once every 4 Hours.


No refunds after registration, you can transfer it to our other events.


It is mandatory for 12 Hour & 100 Km participants to undergo medical check-up every 6 hours.


Race Director reserves all rights. Race Director’s decision is final in all matters.


Any participant who takes a break for more than 20 minutes should inform the in-charge officials.

Apart from heavy snacks during breakfast, lunch and evening times, the following items will be made available for Solo Runners during the run throughout the duration

Last date of registration - 

Final Last date of registration is 20th Dec 2024 or as soon as the targeted slots are full.


Cancellation: 

If anyone want cancellation till November 1st  2024 will Refund 100% amount .
If anyone want cancellation After 1st November to December 1st  2024 will Refund 50% amount only.
Waiver statement:

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
