What’s included in the fee?

The registration fee includes a selection of food and drinks provided by our venue partners. Any additional items you wish to order will be billed separately by the venue.

Our refund policy

Please note that once your booking is confirmed, refunds will not be available due to limited availability. However, if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance, we can offer you a spot at the next event.

Event Cancellation

In case we have to cancel the chapter due to skewed ratio; we will let you know this at least 24 hours before the date of the event. In such a scenario we refund all your money.
