Team Games:

Cricket Men(16 Teams) and Ladies.(8 Teams)

Volleyball Men(16 teams)

AND

A special Cricket Tournament for children ( born post 1st jan 2002) .(8 Teams).

FAQ's

Who can Particpate?

Team members resident in the same Housing Society within Lokhandwala Township  (bonafide residents ie Owners or Tenants).

A maximum of 2 teams per Society will be allowed to participate.

Already ,16 teams have expressed their intent to participate and have been accepted on a first cum first serve basis.

Incase these team fail to register and pay the fees by the cut off date, other Society's in the Township will be invited to participate.

The Captain of the team will sign a decleration on all his/her team members being bonafide residents of the society.

Any discrepancy reported to the Orgnaisers will result in automatic disqualification of the entire team.

Please note:  One Ticket per society,per Sport eg XYZ Society Cricket Mens(choose ticket and add your team member details in each ticket). Incase participating in more than one sports, choose fresh ticket eg Ladies Throwball and fill up team details.

What are the playing Conditions?

Cricket will be played at the Cage for Men, Ladies and children

Volleyball will be played in the court outisde the Cage.

Games will be as per draws and will commence from 8 am to 9 pm on event days.

What is the dress code?

All players will compulsorily have to be attired in their team T shirts(to bs supplied by Organisers)

What are the team registration fees?

Its as per Franchise model .Contact organisers for the same

For  Boys Cricket what is the age limit cut off?

Age limit for  Boys - Born Post 1st jan 2002

What are the rules of Play?

All Rules and regulations of the games,substitutions, duration of games, draws and formats will be announced one week before the commencement of the tournament in  pre-event Team Captains meet.
