So ladies and gentlemen ... your training for VDHM should start quite soon to gain some foundation before the main plan begins!
How nice would it be to go into the race feeling confident and well prepared and ready to race for a new PB or for beginners to complete the race comfortably and happily with no injury being nursed?
It doesn't matter whether your pace is 10 mins per kilometer or 3 mins we can help you, I have trained some of the world's best but I am equally happy seeing a beginner achieve his or her goals. Even if you can only jog for 5 minutes we have time to prepare you and get you round, and if you are not ready for 21 km there is always the 10 km to be part of this magical event.

Fitness assessment test along with Running GAIT to make you a better runner, After the assessment, a personalized plan will be tailored and applied to the athlete calendar to be followed by them as per the selection of days—duration / Distance of workout & intensity as assessed by the coach.
