Brief: The Science of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) when applied, it can change the subject experience of an individual. Such linguistics reflects inner mental states and influence thoughts, feelings, & behaviours and therefore can be used to reshape our experiences and interactions. By experiencing NLP linguistics, facilitators can create meaningful connections, drive growth, and facilitate positive change in various settings. Often, we wonder how to use this unique power of NLP linguistics and how it can be leveraged to achieve profound changes in individuals and groups!!!

Explore ways to modify the workshop design, activity instructions and facilitation experience to make it seamlessly inclusive. 

Design-clusivity is a session for facilitators interested in creating processes that are truly inclusive for wide range of audience. The session explores how traditional techniques and processes can be modified to make everyone feel comfortable and engage with enthusiasm.
