Highlight event - The Pitchers Valley
The Pitchers valley is a live pitching event organised by Pune Startup Fest. In which 10 startups will participate and it will happen in 2 phases.
- First phase is to scrutinize the 200 startups and bring it down to almost 10 from their pitch desk.
- The second phase is a live pitching event ( just like Shark Tank) of the startups in front of the venture investors like Sanjay Mehta(100x VC Founder), Mayuresh Raut (Seafund), Ganesh Natrajan Sir(Board of director SBI and founder 5F world) and Vikram Duggal (Founder ekcle ventures). We also have India's largest angel investor network We Founders Circle on board with us.
Started in the year 2019, Pune Start-up Fest was conceptualized to strengthen the existing start-up ecosystem and bridge the gap among start-ups, investors, and the public, including students. The 1st edition of Pune Startup Fest witnessed 115 Startup exhibitors, an investment of over 2 crores, over 65 investors, and more than 400 internships opportunities. 2nd edition of Pune Start-up Fest records the highest investment of over 3.5 crores, over 125 Startup exhibitors, more than 85 investors, and mentors, and over 500 internship opportunities.
Against the odds in the third and fourth editions where everything stopped due to the outburst of the covid pandemic, we continued our endeavors and successfully executed the Pune Start Fest. PSF'21 was tremendously successful despite being the first-ever virtual startup exhibition. PSF'22 was held in hybrid mode, both in virtual mode and on campus.
After 2 years, we are ready to conduct the Pune Start-Up Fest on campus.
Highlights of Virtual Pune Startup Fest 2022:
- 120 startup exhibitors from various sectors.
- Over 75 investors and mentors.
- The footfall of over 15,000.
- Eminent speakers.
This year awaits a grander edition of PSF that will be organized on the 11th and 12th of March. We aspire to bring startups through a startup expo across zones like Technical, Students, Social, Health & Lifestyle, Agricultural, and Green Zone, along with investors, mentors, and incubators coming in from all over the world under one roof.
