Kumaraparvatha Trek MYHIKES

Brace yourself to find the breathtaking panoramic view of the Kumaraparvatha. The 1712 meter altitude where the hills are situated at has a dense forest around. Every year the peak is explored by thousands of people. Kumaraparvatha :: Pushpagiri or Kumara Parvatha, at 1,712 metres, is the highest peak in Pushpagiri Wildlife Sanctuary in the Western Ghats of Karnataka.

Kumara parvatha is second highest peak in Coorg district The trail has most stunning escapes of nature enclosed by flora and fauna on either side.

ITINERARY:: Trek distance - 15kms (Total)

Level of trek : Moderate

DAY 0: Overnight journey to Base camp somwarpet.

DAY 1: Early morning freshen up and a light breakfast, start the trek 8.30 AM .

REACH 1.00PM, EXPLORE PEAK and have lunch.

3.00pm : Start descending base camp & back to homestay

Night dinner at homestay followed by campfire.

DAY 2:

Wake up 7.30 am head to Mallali waterfalls & back to Bangalore.

Reach Bangalore 9.00pm

ACCOMMODATION: HOMESTAY.

Things to carry :

Torch, personal medications,

sunscreen, Hat, 2 litres of water.

 Extra pair of socks and clothes.

Backpack, shoes,

Energy Chocolates/Snacks.

ID proof.

Cost remains same for INDIANS and FOREIGNERS
