Detailed Itinerary

Day 1:

• 01:30 PM: Check-in, freshen up & explore. (For watersports package)
• 03:00 PM: Check-in. (For Only River Rafting package)
• 02:00 to 06:00 PM: Water sports activities ( Kayaking, Zip-line, River crossing, Banana boat ride,Bumper Boat Ride as per the selected packages )
• 06:30 PM: Evening snacks and hot tea will be served once you freshen up. One has to carry bags and belongings to the tents pitched at the lakeside campground. Once you are settled, it's up to you how much you can enjoy nature and activities.
• 07:30 PM: Enjoy Limited Starters Veg and Non-Veg (only for Packages without rafting)
• 09:00 - 10:00 PM: Delicious buffet dinner (Veg/Non-Veg) will be ready in the dining area. One can enjoy a late-night dance floor with music amidst nature.
• 11:00 PM: Common Bonfire
• 12:00 - 7:00 AM: Silent hours at the campsite

Day 2:

• 6:30 am: Hangover wake-up call
• 7:00 - 8:00 am: Breakfast
• 08:30 am: Proceed for 12km River Rafting or water sports according to the package you choose

• You can take a cab from Karjat to the campsite. GPS location will be shared post-registration. You can also ask us to pre-book a cab from Karjat @5000/- for 7 ppl with a return journey.
• Home pickup and drop @10,000/- for 7 people max with the return journey

From Pune :

• Home pickup and drop @8000/- for 8 people max with the return journey
• For people traveling via their private vehicle, a google location will be shared after booking confirmation. This can be used to navigate to the campsite.

Trekhievers Policy:

• Seats will be reserved only after full payment.
• Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on the same event.
• The complete schedule of the event will be given later to registered participants
• Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case
• Organizers hold the right to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% amount to be paid in advance to book the trip.
• If the booking is canceled 10 days or before the event date then 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• No refund if canceled 9 days prior to the event.
• No show = No refund.
