KIDATHON 2025 : HEALTHY HABITS BEGIN WITH A RUN - Wayanad Round Table and H Square Foundation

Join us on Sunday, 19th January 2025, at Sulthan Bathery for the much-awaited KIDATHON 2025, organized by the Wayanad Round Table & H Square Foundation. This unique awareness marathon for kids is all about embracing health, fitness, and fun for children aged 5 to 16 years.

Unlike a typical competition, KIDATHON promises a fun-filled, family-friendly atmosphere where kids take small yet meaningful steps toward building a healthier future. Participants will enjoy age-appropriate races, engaging activities, and a chance to bond with peers while embracing the joy of running.

To add a touch of excitement, there are fantastic prizes up for grabs in three age categories:

Reporting Day - Sunday, 19th January 2025

Reporting time - 06: 00 AM

Bib Collection and consent signing by 06:30 AM

Kidathon Flag off at 07:00 AM

Facilities:

• Hydration and refreshment stations along the route to keep you energized.

• Dedicated marshals ensuring your safety and guidance throughout the course.

• Full medical support, with an ambulance on standby for any emergencies.

• Friendly volunteers ready to assist you whenever needed.

• Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the finish line to refuel after your run.

• Receive a Finisher's Medal and Certificate for completing the Kidathon.

Note : This is an awareness marathon, not a competition

IMPORTANT:

1. Please bring identification proof (School ID, Aadhaar Card, or any other relevant document) for date of birth, and ensure you sign a consent form while collecting the BIB number.

2. All safety measures will be arranged for our children.

3. Refreshments will be provided after the marathon.

4. After registration, you will receive a confirmation message via email, and within a day, you will be added to the event WhatsApp group.

5. The parent/guardian is responsible for the safety of the participant. Participants must sign an indemnity form before receiving their BIB number, without which they cannot participate in the Kidathon.

6. In case of a medical emergency, organizers will provide basic life support and transportation to the hospital. The parent/guardian is responsible for further procedures.

7. All pictures and videos taken during the event will become the property of the Wayanad Round Table Trust.

8. The Wayanad Round Table Trust reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including its content, methods, and organization, before or during the event. These changes will be made only if they do not substantially diminish the described benefits of the event for the participants.
