Itinerary
Day 1: Pune – Mumbai – Haridwar (By Train)
Report our tour manager at Pune Railway Station and departure from Pune to Mumbai by train. Arrive at Mumbai and board the train to Haridwar. Overnight train journey.
Day 2: Full Day Train Journey
Day 3: Haridwar Arrival – Sonprayag (Approx 235 Km / 8 Hrs)
Arrive at Haridwar early in the morning. Haridwar is also known as ‘Hardwar’ is the gateway to the land of gods also known as ‘Devbhoomi’ of India that is Uttarakhand. After arrival at Haridwar, we board the bus as we depart towards Sonprayag. On our way, we enjoy the mesmerizing views of the Ganga river all across the journey. We take a short stop at Devprayag to witness the confluence of the rivers Alaknanda from Badrinath and Bhagirathi from Gangotri which form the holy Ganga River. En route, we go across the town of Rudraprayag where there is the confluence of rivers Mandakini and Alaknanda. The town is also famous for the Man-Eating Leopard of Rudraprayag which was gunned down by the famous hunter Jim Corbett. We arrive at Sonprayag and check-in at the hotel. Overnight at Sonprayag / Guptkashi / Sitapur.

Day 4: Sonprayag – Kedarnath (21 Kms Trek)
Today early morning we start our trek to Kedarnath from Gaurikund which has many folklores from which one is famous as the birthplace of Lord Ganesha. During the trek, we come across various camps like Jungle Chatti, Bheembali & Linchauli. On the opposite side of the route, we can see the saddening views of the old route to Kedarnath which was devastated in the vigorous floods of 2013. We arrive at Kedarnath in the afternoon and check-in at the hotel / Homestay. Then we visit the Kedarnath temple. As we take the blessings of the main shrine in the temple, the sense and the feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment will touch even the most hardened atheist heart. We then enjoy the surrounding views and the positive vibes that this place has to offer in abundance. Further, we have a look at the Bheem Sheela which is just behind the main temple of Kedarnath. It is this huge boulder that saved the temple from any harm during the cloud burst and floods in 2013. You can then sit on the banks of the gushing Mandakini river and enjoy the views of the valley and the clouds. Return back to the hotel. Overnight at Kedarnath.

Day 5: Kedarnath (21 Kms) – Sonprayag – Rudraprayag (Drive 80 Kms / 3.5 Hrs)
After enjoying the sunrise views at the temple with the humongous Kedarnath Peak turning golden in the backdrop, we start descending down to Gaurikund early morning. Reach Sonprayag by afternoon and proceed ahead to Rudraprayag. Arrive at Rudraprayag and check-in at Hotel, Overnight at Rudraprayag.

Day 6: Rudraprayag – Rishikesh (145 Kms / 5 Hrs)
In the morning proceed ahead to Rishikesh. Rishikesh is also the birthplace and the yoga capital of the world. Arrive at Rishikesh and check-in at the hotel. You can enjoy adventure sports like River Rafting and Bungee Jumping. In the evening enjoy Ganga Aarti on the banks of the Ganga River. Overnight at Rishikesh.

Day 7: Rishikesh –(21 Kms / 1 Hr) Haridwar – Mumbai (By Train)
In the morning visit Lakshman Jhula, Lakshman Temple, and Gita Bhavan. After sightseeing board, the bus and proceed to Haridwar railway station. Board the train to Mumbai. Overnight train journey.

Day 8: Mumbai – Pune (By Train)
Arrive at Mumbai and proceed ahead to Pune. Arrive at Pune & the tour concludes.
